An influencer was tragically gunned down in her luxury SUV just moments after leaving the gym. Angie Marcela Ramírez Vargas was behind the wheel of her posh Toyota Land Cruiser Prado when a motorcyclist fired at her at point-blank range.
The 27-year-old managed to continue driving for approximately 100 metres before losing control and coming to a standstill. Emergency services raced her to hospital, but she sadly passed away minutes later from multiple gunshot injuries.
The horrifying incident occurred as Angie was waiting at red lights outside the Gran Plaza San Antonio shopping centre in the town of Pitalito, Colombia, on Friday night (24 Jul).

Reports suggest that armed attackers on a motorbike pulled up next to her vehicle and shot her repeatedly before speeding away.
The police initiated a major pursuit and cordoned off the area within minutes. Officers later confiscated a motorcycle and a firearm they believe were used in the attack.
One suspect, a 48-year-old man was found hiding in undergrowth following a dramatic chase. He is suspected of being the passenger who fired the deadly shots.

The second attacker escaped on foot along a riverbank and remains on the loose, as reported by NeedToKnow.
Police chief Colonel Javier Alberto said: “We set up an operational device and, thanks to the immediate reaction of our officers, we achieved the capture in the act of a 48-year-old man after a wide pursuit.”
The victim was known for sharing glamorous photos of her travels, family gatherings and daily life online.

Friends painted a picture of her as a businesswoman and model who shared her aspirations and memorable moments with her followers.
Detectives are still on the trail of the motive and the outstanding suspect.
