S Klub Builds ‘Game Over’ McLaren 750S in Full Mercedes CLK GTR Form

Southern California shop S Klub LA took a brand-new McLaren 750S and replaced nearly every exterior panel so the finished car reads as a late-1990s Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR when seen from across a parking lot. The project, called Game Over and built with Slang500, sat on the Toyo Tires Treadpass at SEMA 2026 in Las Vegas, where rapper 2 Chainz stopped by for a closer look. S Klub has spent years building one-off Mercedes-inspired cars, including a radical open-top version of the SLR McLaren and several widebody 300 SL tributes, so the decision to stretch a modern British supercar into the silhouette of the German GT1 racer follows a clear pattern.

Everything is gone from the nose. Four round headlights are situated in a low, stretched front end, directly above a black grille and a deep splitter, as well as beneath flared fenders that push the front track rather far outward. The central section of the automobile consists of a roof scoop, more sculpted side intakes than you’d anticipate, and a greenhouse that extends at a somewhat higher angle than your normal car.

Behind the doors, the body widens out once again before transitioning into a new tail section containing a pair of CLK-style lights, a large fixed carbon wing, and a unique diffuser. The central four exhaust tips are in almost the same position as on the factory 750S, completed with chrome tips and encased in a panel that has both the CLK GTR letters and a S Klub logo. White HRE wheels with Toyo tires fill out the arches, and the whole thing is painted in a bright, fire engine red that makes the stance appear even wider.
The doors still swing up in that characteristic McLaren action, and the roof line from the windshield back remains far more reminiscent of the original 750S than the long-tailed CLK design. If you take a good long tour around the vehicle, those two elements will be the most obvious indication that it is a base model.

Inside, the digital dash and center console are almost entirely 750S. The driver’s seat, steering wheel, and door panel are now all coated in red leather, while the passenger side gets white quilted leather with diamond stitching and those thin contrasting stripes, and the exposed carbon trim all over the place adds a bit of flair. It just feels more completed than the original CLK GTR’s bare-bones race-car feel.

The mechanical equipment remains unchanged beneath the new paint job. The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 still produces 740 horsepower and transmits power to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, so 0 to 60 is still in the 2.8 second zone, and peak speed is 206 mph. We have the same carbon MonoCage II chassis that McLaren employs in the ordinary car, so the handling balance is identical to the factory 750S.

Original CLK GTRs that went on the road had a naturally aspirated 6.9-liter V12 engine that produced around 600 horsepower, and when one comes up for sale, it fetches ten million dollars or more. Game Over is delivering a road-legal car that looks as close to the original as possible from a distance, but has far more power, and you can drive it on the road every day like a modern car.

Game Over collaborated with HRE on the wheels, Toyo on the tires, Voodoo Design on the style and other components, and Audison on the audio. What they created was a one-of-a-kind that has drawn crowds at SEMA and online because it finally solves a very basic problem: the original CLK GTR is nearly hard to obtain, but you can still purchase a new 750S.
