Andrew Tate’s prison hell exposed with overflowing toilets, rats and ‘demonic screams’

Andrew Tate is living in a hellhole prison filled with rats, filthy water and other inmates with “demonic screams”. The federal lock up is said to be disgusting – with overflowing toilets filling the hallways with stinking waste and only filthy brown water there to drink.
The controversial influencer – detained on rape charges – claims he’s forced to drink dirty brown water from a shower and has been marked as a target by other inmates in the prison he is being held in in the US. Andrew, 39, and his brother Tristan, 38, are being held in a Special Housing Unit (SHU) at Federal Detention Centre, a concrete tower packed with 1,478 men in downtown Miami, as they face a slew of fresh charges, including rape, human trafficking and indecent images of a child.
But despite the terrible conditions, he still allegedly has access to his social media.

In a message on X, Andrew woefully claimed he had “no commissary. No visits. No contact with the outside world”, writing: “I am an innocent until proven guilty extradition detainee. I’m wanted by a foreign state. I am an American citizen. WHY AM I HERE?”
The harsh conditions are well known and in an official report released last year claimed inmates are forced to kneel and eat “like dogs”, with their hands shackled and food on chairs in front of them.
It is said the walls are also crumbling in the sweltering hot prison, which does not have air con.
Andrew and Tristan were arrested at a bare-knuckle boxing event in Miami, US, on July 18, after British authorities issued 38 new charges against the pair. The pair are now facing a huge 59 charges.
The pair are due in front of a court to face a detention hearing on August 13 which will determine whether they will stay in jail or be released for what could become a months-long court battle over their extradition.
Their legal team have until August 5 to file a motion for the brothers to be released on bail. The pair deny all the charges against them.
Their attorney, Joseph McBride, told The Sun: “The conditions Andrew and Tristan Tate are being held in are a disgrace.
“Small filthy cells. Cockroaches. Shower water to drink. No chair. Lights they cannot control. Food that makes Taco Bell look like a Michelin restaurant.

“Their beds are too small for men who are 6ft 3in and 6ft 5in” he said, adding that they are even being stopped from going outside often.
He added: “There is serious concern that a target has been placed on Andrew and Tristan’s back.
“When someone becomes one of the most recognisable and polarising figures in the world, security is not a theoretical issue, it’s a real consideration.”
Prosecutors in the UK said the latest charges come after cops investigated claims from an additional four victims. The White House has said it will not intervene in the extradition process, despite both Andrew and Tristan being vocal Maga supporters. Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State, told reporters last week: “There’s no role for us to play at this moment, or maybe ever.”
The Bureau of Prisons has denied claims of poor conditions at the Miami facility, saying: “Currently, the drinking water at FDC Miami is certified safe to drink.
“An inmate may be placed in SHU not only for disciplinary segregation but also for administrative detention, which is non-punitive.”
“The BOP remains committed to ensuring the safety of our employees, inmates, and the public.”
