Trump warns Iran to ‘behave’ or ‘we’ll go back to dropping bombs on their head’

Donald Trump has issued a major warning to Iran just days away from a peace being signed as he urged the country to behave or the US would go back to “shooting at them” and “dropping bombs in the middle of their head”

Donald Trump has warned Iran to “behave” just days away from a peace deal being signed or the US will go back to “dropping bombs on their head’.

Trump made the comment as he spoke to reporters while sitting alongside Egypt President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at the the G7 summit in France today (June 17) when he was asked if the agreement is final with Iran.

The US President responded saying it is “not final” but if Iran did not like it, the US would “go right back to dropping bombs right smack in the middle of their head.”

He said: “It’s a Memorandum of Understanding. And if I don’t like it, we’ll go back to shooting at them, dropping bombs on their head.”

“If I don’t like it, if they don’t behave, we’ll go right back to dropping bombs right smack in the middle of their head.”

Trump says also said their is a 99.99% chance that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon.

The US President’s comments come as Iran will immediately take steps to reopen the Strait of Hormuz once a tentative deal with the US to end the war is signed.

The accord, due to be formally signed in a ceremony in Switzerland on Friday (June 19), lays out that the US would secure at least 300 billion dollars (£223 billion) to rebuild Iran after the war.

And it would work to end all American and United Nations sanctions imposed on Tehran if a final agreement addressing Iran’s nuclear programme is reached.

The US agreement to allow Iran to sell its oil freely immediately and the offer to eventually lift all sanctions represent major concessions that outstrip the terms of Iran’s 2015 nuclear deal with world powers.

Trump unilaterally withdrew America from this in his first term, declaring it the “worst deal ever”.

However, Trump stated today that the concessions mentioned in reports are false.

He told reporters: “We’re not putting up 10 cents. We are not investing and we do not have a fund.”
